SHIPPING AND RETURNS

  What if I don’t like my product? Can I return, exchange or get a refund?

Absolutely! We want our customers to be 100% satisfied.  If you are not happy with your order we will refund the amount for all unused and unopened merchandise minus the shipping fees. If you wish to return your order please email us at info@milantebeauty.com with the subject line "ORDER RETURN " and your order number. 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If your lashes have been removed from the packaging tray, they are no longer refundable.  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Special Order Items

On special order items we do not offer refunds, exchange or returns.  Delivery time can range from 12-30 days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@milantebeauty.com and send your item to:  P.O Box 572622 Tarzana California US 91357. Customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.

Items lost during shipping
We are not responsible for lost items once the product leaves our warehouse and tracking number is provided. For lost packages contact your local USPS.

Return Shipping Address
To return your product, you should mail your product to: P.O Box 572622 Tarzana California US 91357

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES

Please keep in mind that once the package leaves our facility and you have received your tracking number, we are not responsible for lost or damaged items for domestic (US) and international orders.  Shipping fees are based on product weight. We suggest you contact your local USPS office and open a case for your lost item.

Processing your order may take 1-3 business days. You will receive an email when your package is shipped with your USPS tracking number.  To ensure all packages get delivered correctly, USPS uses Geo-Fence Technology to show time and location of each package delivered.  For lost packages we suggest  you contact USPS at (866) 216-1072.  

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES

Priority shipping is charges based on product weight and calculated at checkout.  

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $60

Please keep in mind that customer will be responsible for all customs, duties and taxes to their country.  Tracking number cannot be provided and delivery time will depend on your country's handling with customs.  Once the package leaves our facility we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.   

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order before the item has shipped.  If you still would like a refund on your order, the items must be shipped back to us at your expense and you will be refunded minus the shipping fees.
